VP, Head of People at Dyno Therapeutics

Kosta Kleitsas is currently the VP, Head of People at Dyno Therapeutics. Prior to this, they were with Flagship Pioneering as the Associate Director, Talent and HR. Kosta was also with Valo as the Director, Organizational Effectiveness.

Kosta has partnered with senior leaders to design and implement multiple enterprise reorganizations, including restructuring therapeutics functions (research, discovery & development) to drive a more integrated approach to R&D and restructuring of our tech functions from a more bespoke service driven model to a more scalable and platform-focused structure.

Kosta has also been responsible for designing and implementing continuous performance management processes along with supporting a system and tools, leading to improved compensation planning driven by data as well as higher satisfaction in efficiency and effectiveness of the process.

In addition, Kleitsas has designed and implemented Valo’s job architecture, harmonizing career ladders and compensation targets across levels internally as well as externally to ensure consistency and competitiveness with both tech and life sciences industries, resulting in an increase internal equity and consistency across the employee lifecycle including how we recruit, hire, review performance, promote and reward talent.

Kosta Kleitsas has a BS in Economics and Finance from Bentley University. Kosta also has Executive Education in Leadership in Professional Services from Harvard Business School. In addition, they have certification from Coursera Course Certificates in Accounting Analytics, People Analytics, Operations Analytics, and Customer Analytics.
