We are currently hiring an onsite Service Desk Level 1 Analyst in Monterrey, MX!

What is the location, shift, and pay?

  • Onsite: Alfonso Reyes, 64920 Monterrey
  • Pay: 16,500 - 17,000 pesos monthly (before taxes)
  • Shift: 5:30am - 3:30pm CST, Monday - Friday

Essential Functions

  • Providing exceptional phone and email support to our customers experiencing IT-related issues and services
  • Ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Performing end-user technical support, troubleshooting, and tuning for end-user hardware and systems, peripheral hardware (ie, printers/copiers, etc.), and initial triage for client network environments
  • Using Active Directory administration
  • Analyzing and recommending alternative solutions to meet the customer needs
  • Mobile Phone Support

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Advanced English Skills - oral and written
  • Experience supporting and administration of VPN clients
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Windows 10 and Office 365 troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint
  • Experience using ticketing software such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or Remedy
  • High school diploma, college graduates preferred
