Kelley Heckert

Kelley Heckert serves as the Director of Program Services at DYOPATH since September 2021, overseeing program management and client experience initiatives. Previously, Kelley held the position of National Account & IT Manager at ITS, where robust client relationships were established and tailored solutions developed. Prior experience includes roles such as National Account Manager at Advanced Technology Services, focusing on significant client accounts, and various titles at IBM, including Cloud Technical Sales Software and SAAS Adoption Leader, managing teams dedicated to cloud solutions for diverse sectors. Early career stages featured positions at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, managing operations, and NCI Information Systems, serving as a systems administrator and developer. Kelley earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in CMIS from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
