The specially crafted UI Kit (using Design Tokens) sets us apart, empowering customers to achieve a fully customized user interface with minimal effort. Dyte also offers plugins that allow developers to add real-time applications like a whiteboard and YouTube player and AI applications such as background changers and live audio/video transcription with a couple of lines of code.

About the role: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google and LinkedIn ads. This work-from-office role requires excellent copywriting skills and expertise in analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance. Monitor and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage, optimize, and A/B test the landing pages to improve conversion.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts and achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to align efforts and maximize overall search visibility. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and tracking.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling ad copies and landing page content.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or any other data reporting tool.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A degree in computer engineering or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience working in a startup is a plus. This role is based out of our Bangalore office, so one should be open to relocation if required.
