Project Engineer II at DZYNE Technologies

Carlos Macias has a diverse work experience, having held positions in various industries since 2015. In 2021, they began working as a System Engineer for DZYNE Technologies. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Wafer Fab Design Engineer at Semicoa, where they conducted Silicon and package design feasibility studies and performed device characterization data analysis. Prior to that, they were an Engineering Intern at Semicoa, where they conducted research for simulation software and collaborated with the Product Engineer to increase the efficiency in product assembly time. In 2018, they were a Project Manager at Spacecraft Thermal Management Systems, where they designed a variable emissivity device and organized the team's structure, logistics, and direction. Carlos also worked as a Driver at Fleetlogix in 2018 and as a Manufacturing Engineer at AIAA Design Build Fly in 2016. In 2016, they were an Advisor at Red Dragon Championship Martial Arts, where they worked with kids of an age range of 5-12. In 2018, they were an Electrical Engineer at Autonomous Robot Design, where they aided with the design, coding and manufacturing of a robot. Carlos was also a Team Lead at Quadcopter Design in 2015, where they collaborated on the design and aided with the manufacturing of the structure. Finally, in 2015, they were a Pizzasmith at Blaze Pizza, LLC, where they were in charge of cooking all pizzas that were ordered.

Carlos Macias obtained a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from UC Irvine between 2015 and 2020.
