Ferdous Begum

Ferdous Begum is a Human Resources professional with experience in various roles within the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at E-ACT since July 2023, Ferdous provides strategic support to academies in the Midlands region. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Advisor at Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust, supporting Corporate, Clinical Services, and Community Care, and as a Human Resources Officer at NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board. Additionally, Ferdous worked as a Human Resources Administrator at G4S, focusing on Care and Rehabilitation Services. Ferdous is pursuing an MSc in Human Resources Management at the University of Central Lancashire from 2023 to 2025 and holds a Diploma in People Management from CIPD.
