Colin Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Colin currently holds the position of Head of Customer Experience at e-Courier Software, starting in January 2023.

Prior to this, Colin served as the Director of Professional Services at Zilliant from January 2022 to January 2023. Before that, they held the roles of Sr. Engagement Manager from August 2020 to January 2022 and Engagement Manager from April 2017 to August 2020 at the same company.

Colin also worked as a Sales Associate & Media Specialist at Best Buy from October 2005 to October 2009, and as an Order Fulfillment Leader at West Michigan Hardware and Specialty from July 2005 to April 2009.

Colin Fischer attended Grand Valley State University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology with a minor in Statistics. Colin received additional certifications, including the Gordon Food Service Emerging Leaders certification in June 2016 and the PPS Certified Pricing Professional certification from the Professional Pricing Society in December 2014.
