Kristina Mänd

Kristina Mänd is a Senior Expert on e-Democracy at e-Governance Academy. Kristina has previously worked as an EU Project Lead Coordinator at PASOS, Policy Association for an Open Society, Director of Praxis Academy at PRAXIS Center for Policy Studies, and Development Program Manager for CSOs at Network of Estonian Nonprofit Organisations (NENO). Kristina has also worked with CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation on their Legitimacy, Transparency and Accountability (LTA) Program as a Program Navigator, and also served as the Senior General Manager for Organisational Services.

Kristina Mänd completed their Master of Science in Management of public service and nonprofit organisations at New York University. Kristina also holds a BA compatible with the Master’s degree in English language and English and American literature from the University of Tartu.
