Tarklei Freitas

Tarklei Freitas has several years of work experience in the field of human resources. Tarklei began their career in 1997 as a Human Resource Manager at Grupo Alfa S.A, where they managed a team and was responsible for various HR functions such as payroll, recruitment, and benefits administration. Tarklei then moved on to GP Investments in 2008, where they served as a Human Resource Manager, overseeing payroll, compensation, and employee relations. In 2009, they joined Mclane do Brasil Ltda. as a Human Resource Coordinator, where they implemented various HR projects and managed employee benefits. Tarklei later worked at ATHIE WOHNRAT as a Human Resource Administrator and at Marabraz.com as a Human Resource Manager. Most recently, Tarklei has served as the Human Resource Head at Marco Boni since November 2017. Throughout their career, Tarklei has demonstrated expertise in process optimization, strategic intelligence, and implementing HR systems.

Tarklei Freitas has a diverse education history with a focus on business and administration. Tarklei began their education journey in 1996 at Universidade Paulista, where they pursued a degree in Psychology, specializing in the field of Psychology. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education in the field of Human Resources, earning a postgraduate degree in Total Quality in RH from Instituto Oswaldo Cruz in 2002. Later, they attended INPG, where they obtained an MBA in Executive RH from 2002 to 2004. In 2016, Tarklei Freitas enrolled at Fundação Getulio Vargas and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Strategic People Management. Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Tarklei Freitas attended Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM in 2019, obtaining another MBA degree, this time in Controladoria. Most recently, in 2022-2023, they attended FIA Business School, where they completed a postgraduate degree in Administration and Business.
