Lane Verlenden

Lane Verlenden has a comprehensive work experience in the legal field. Starting in 2007, they began as a Legal Intern at Landman Akashian LLP. They then worked as a Summer Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in 2008. From 2010 to 2014, Lane was an Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. In 2014, they joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as an Associate. Lane then transitioned to Zynga, where they served as a Corporate Counsel from 2016 to 2017, and then as a Senior Corporate Counsel from 2017 to 2018. Following their tenure at Zynga, Lane joined E.L.F. Beauty in 2018, initially as an Assistant General Counsel, and later served as an Associate Vice President, Assistant General Counsel. Lane also worked as the Deputy General Counsel and Head of Compliance at Reinvent Capital from 2021 to 2022. Most recently, they took on the role of Advisor and Investor at Curated Beverages USA in 2022, where they provided guidance for non-alcoholic spirits and aperitifs.

Lane Verlenden attended Stevenson High School from 1998 to 2002. After completing high school, they enrolled at Dartmouth College, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from 2002 to 2006. During their time at Dartmouth, Lane achieved the distinction of graduating cum laude. In 2005, Lane also had a brief academic stint at the University of California, Berkeley, where they focused on Public Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, Lane Verlenden joined the Boston University School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with honors, cum laude, from 2006 to 2009.
