Kim Tully has an extensive work experience background starting in 1989 with the US Army as an Engineer (Captain) and later a Colonel with the Texas Army National Guard. Kim transitioned to civilian roles in 2007 as an Engineer/Facilities Planner at Pendulum Resources, LLC, and then took on various leadership positions at Dell from 2013 to 2023, including Program Manager and Project Strategy & Transformation Lead at E Source. Their roles involved program management, business transformation, sales compensation, and career development initiatives.

Kim Tully completed a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies at the US Army War College from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Kim holds certifications as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and in Fundamentals of Engineering.
