Richard Solner

Richard Solner is the VP of Software Product Portfolio at E Source, responsible for overseeing the strategic vision and direction of software products focused on efficiency and customer experience. Richard is also the Co-Founder and Investor at LTAnalytics, a tech startup providing indoor location-based services. In the past, Richard has held roles such as Senior Business Development Consultant at Spear Commercial & Industrial and Co-founder & Head of Innovation at SolCharge LLC. Richard has a background in sales, data science, and business development, with experience at companies like IBM, Cvent, and Austin Energy. Richard holds a degree in MIS from Auburn University and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Sustainability Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management.
