Paul Norman

Paul Norman currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Privacy Officer at e-TeleQuote Insurance Inc. since May 2023, while also owning and operating Norman Legal & Consulting, a boutique firm specializing in healthcare. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Counsel at Lyra Health, General Counsel at the Georgia Department of Community Health, and Southeast Region Counsel at Oscar Health. Norman held significant positions at WellCare Health Plans, including Senior Corporate Counsel, and served as Senior Associate General Counsel at UnitedHealth Group. Early career highlights include serving as Senior Attorney for the Florida Senate and the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation. Norman holds a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law, as well as both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.
