Kristy Evans

Kristy Evans has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kristy currently works as the Senior Vice President of Coding and CDI at e4health, where they are responsible for the delivery of Coding, CDI, Revenue Cycle, and Education division for various healthcare systems and organizations. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of HIM and CDI Operations at Intellis - Minding the Business of Healthcare.

Kristy also has experience working as the Vice President of Operations at ComforceHealth, where they were responsible for all operations and client delivery. Kristy has also worked as the Director of Auditing and CDI Solutions at the same company.

Before that, they served as the Client Services Director at Sutherland Healthcare Solutions, where they oversaw the customer-vendor relationship and guided new customer engagements.

Kristy's previous experience includes working at Precyse as the Manager of ICD-10 Coding and Clinical Education Webinar Programs, as well as serving as the Coding Manager at Sacred Heart Health System Providence Hospital. Kristy also worked as a Coding, Compliance, and Education Consultant/Coding Manager at Precyse Solutions.

Kristy started their career at Greenville Hospital System as a Quality Coding Assurance Specialist and later took on various roles within the organization, including Office Coordinator. Throughout their career, Kristy has demonstrated expertise in coding, CDI, revenue cycle, and process improvement.

Kristy Evans attended Darton College from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Health Information Management. Prior to that, they attended Furman University from 1995 to 2000, majoring in Biology. In addition to their education, Kristy has obtained several certifications, including CCS from AHIMA, CPC from AAPC, Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) from AAPC, ICD-10-CM/PCS Certified Trainer from AHIMA, and RHIT from AHIMA.
