Lisa Clarke

Lisa is the Senior Managing Director of Executive Services for E78 Partners where she deploys strategic, operational, and financial leadership talent across the client portfolio. Her direct assignments are focused on leadership and organizational transformation. Lisa has consulted for both startups and established technology businesses to develop successful executive teams, raise capital, lead transactions, and build or optimize operating infrastructures.

Previously, Lisa held the Chief Business Officer role at Amplero, an Artificial Intelligence Marketing startup where she led the spinout of the business from its parent company and funding rounds totaling $26M. Earlier she served as COO then CEO of Rally, a private equity-backed experiential marketing software business, and drove its transformation into a full-service marketing agency. Early in her career, Lisa became a business unit General Manager at Interpoint, a publicly-traded global microelectronics manufacturer. When Interpoint was sold, Lisa was recruited to its data storage spinout (NYSE: QTM), where she led various sales and operating functions including integrating multiple acquisitions. During her tenure, she managed up to 1600 employees and $480M in revenues and gained international management experience in Europe before becoming part of the senior executive team who led the successful exit of the company.

Lisa graduated Summa Cum Laude with her BBA and MBA from Kent State University after spending 2 years at the University of Washington. She has 14 consecutive and 21 total years of board service and is currently the Seattle Chapter President for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
