Julie Millen has a diverse work experience. Julie is currently the Head of Customer Success at Eagle Alpha, a role they started in 2023. Prior to this, they founded Hotpod Yoga Dublin in 2017, where they ran hot Vinyasa yoga classes in portable inflatable heated studios. Julie also founded Julie B Wellness in 2016, a space for people to improve their wellbeing through movement classes and mindfulness sessions. Before that, they worked as a Client Director at Mind Gym, where they helped transform employee attitudes and behaviors using behavioral psychology and marketing techniques. Julie also served as the Director of Key Accounts at Gartner, where they were responsible for partnerships in the EMEA region within sales, marketing, communications, and customer service. Julie has also worked as a yoga teacher and marketing consultant, combining their expertise in marketing and yoga teaching. Additionally, they have held positions at Eland Cables Ltd, MCI Group, With Taste Banqueting, and Bank of Ireland Global Markets.

Julie Millen completed their Leaving Certificate from Loreto College St Stephens Green from 1996 to 2002. Later, from 2002 to 2005, they pursued a BA in Business with a specialization in Marketing from Dublin City University.
