Position Summary

Eagle Builders is offering a new opportunity for a skilled Master Scheduler to join our team. This role is newly established within our organization and will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations and team.

The Master Scheduler will ultimately be responsible to coordinate schedules and inventory for the entire process from sales forecasting through production. The ideal candidate will have professional experience and knowledge in a similar environment and demonstrate the drive to initiate successful outcomes. We need a candidate who can apply their expertise and make impactful improvements to our current systems, software, and processes.

Job Description

  • Serves as a primary point of contact and liaison with precast manufacturing, sales, and other departments.
  • Collaborates with different departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client projects.
  • Ongoing comparisons of current and anticipated orders with available product inventory of materials; Use systems to anticipate demand and additional supplies needed.
  • Maintain master schedule for all facilities, revise as needed and review challenges daily.
  • Participates in weekly forecasting meetings with sales, production, and other related departments.
  • Performs other related duties, as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a scheduler or planner in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction processes and scheduling software.

  • In-depth understanding of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or similar software.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex schedules.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.

  • Thorough understanding of the business and supply chain.

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be eligible to work in Canada

Assets

  • Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing sector.
  • Background and expertise in construction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
