Paul Garcia

Paul Garcia, MSM, MPA, MLS has extensive experience in business development, contracts management, and program management. Paul is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Eagle Technologies, Inc., where they oversee business growth initiatives and manages BD activities. Prior to this role, they also worked as a Proposal and Capture Manager at the same company.

Before joining Eagle Technologies, Inc., Paul worked at M4 Consulting, LLC, providing business management support for companies entering the US and foreign markets.
