Tonyell Somerville

Tonyell Somerville has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Starting in 1997, they worked at IHOP in various roles including Server Trainer, Assistant Operations Manager, General Manager, and NRO Trainer/Manager. Their responsibilities at IHOP included opening new restaurants across the United States. In 2018, Tonyell joined Eagles Landing International Restaurants as Director of Training and Development before becoming the Vice President of Training and Development in September 2022.

Tonyell Somerville earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Memphis between 1995 and 1998. Tonyell has also obtained various certifications, including being a Restaurant Operational Certified from Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in 2022, a Certified Training Professional from IHOP in 2008, and being an IHOP Certified Restaurant Manager. Additionally, they hold certifications in ServSafe Allergens, ServSafe Manager, and Servsafe Proctor and Instructor, all earned from the National Restaurant Association.
