Christy La Pierre

Christy La Pierre is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Eargo. Prior to this position, they were an advisor at various companies, including Otto LLC, Bonsai, Boosted Inc., zyBooks, Doppler Labs, and Thalmic Labs. Christy has a wealth of experience in the legal field and is passionate about helping others access the home.

Christy La Pierre received a B.A. in American Studies from Stanford University in 2001 and an M.A. in Sociology from Stanford University in 2002. Christy went on to receive a J.D. from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law in 2004, specializing in Intellectual Property/International Legal Studies. In 2006, they completed a program in International Negotiations at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg, focusing on Human Rights and International Business Law. In 2008, they received a master's degree in International Negotiations from Soochow University in China.

Their manager is Christian Gormsen, CEO. They work with Ajit Pillai - SVP, Research & Development, Bill Brownie - COO, and Adam Laponis - CFO.
