Jessica Hayes

Jessica Hayes is a seasoned professional in the field of education and behavioral analysis, currently serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at The Learning Academy at The Els Center of Excellence and the Els for Autism Foundation since 2019. With additional experience as an Infant Toddler Developmental Specialist at Early Steps since 2011 and a Special Education Teacher at RENAISSANCE LEARNING ACADEMY INC since 2009, Jessica has a diverse background in special education. Prior experience includes a role as a Special Education Teacher at Pyramids Childhood Development Center from 2006 to 2009. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on Special Education and Teaching from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Education in Early Childhood/Elementary Education from the same institution, and completed ABA coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology.
