Erin Im

Erin Im SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and learning & development. Erin is currently the Vice President of Talent at Zelle®, where they lead talent acquisition and learning & talent development initiatives. Prior to this, Erin served as the Head of Learning & Development, Vice President at Financial Partners Credit Union, where they were responsible for developing the talent development strategy and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Erin also worked at Wells Fargo for a significant part of their career, holding various senior management positions, including Human Resource Sr. Manager, Vice President, Learning and Development Manager, Vice President, and Project Management Manager, Vice President. Overall, Erin has a strong track record of driving organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and accelerating team member performance.

Erin Im SHRM-SCP earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at the same institution. Erin Im SHRM-SCP also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in May 2023.
