Jeff Calvin-Nethercott

Jeff Calvin-Nethercott has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and management. Jeff currently serves as the Head of Talent, DEI & Employee Experience at EarnUp since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Nutanix as the Global Director of Recruiting, Diversity Sourcing & Early Career Talent from July 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they were involved in building collaborative teams and recruiting programs at Dropbox from 2018 to 2020.

In 2017, Jeff worked as a Senior Talent Brand Creator and Recruiting Consultant at KAABOOWorksServices, LLC, where they played a key role in growing the organization. Jeff also served as the Head of Talent at TalentWorks in the same year.

Earlier in their career, Jeff gained experience at companies like CSG, Acxiom, Intuit, ADP, and Microdesk, where they held various roles in talent acquisition, university recruiting, and diversity sourcing. Jeff'sexpertise in recruitment and their ability to develop comprehensive strategies make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Jeff Calvin-Nethercott has a background in Marketing & Business Management from the University of Minnesota and Business Administration from Southwest Minnesota State University. Jeff also completed a program at Apps Without Code in 2018. In addition to their formal education, Jeff has obtained several certifications including Redefining HR Accelerator - Alpha Cohort in 2021, and various certifications in internet recruiting, diversity recruiting, social sourcing recruiting, and professional recruiting.
