Jessica Richer

Jessica Richer is a seasoned product innovation manager with a focus on simplifying everyday moments for pet owners through innovative design, currently with Earth Rated since October 2019. Previously, Jessica held the position of manager in product development at Earth Rated, where responsibilities included addressing the everyday needs of pet owners. Prior experience includes serving as the industrial designer and department head at Beonebreed from January 2015 to October 2019, where product development and brand integrity were prioritized. Early career experience includes an internship at Groupe Lacasse Inc., contributing to collaborative workspace solutions and technical development. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Université de Montréal and additional certifications in product management.
