Allison Woolverton

Allison Woolverton is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Federal Fossil Fuels Campaign Manager at EARTHWORKS, where advocacy focuses on transitioning to renewable energy and ending fossil fuel exports. Woolverton’s prior experience includes roles such as Research Intern at the Relatoría Especial de Derechos Económicos, Sociales, Culturales y Ambientales (REDESCA), where research concentrated on environmental justice in Latin America, and as a Climate Change & Natural Resources Intern at the Inter-American Dialogue, contributing to a report on sustainable climate adaptation in Central America. Woolverton also worked as a Campaign Organizer with the Louisiana Environmental Action Network, leading initiatives to protect local water resources, and interned at UNHCR, supporting economic stability for refugees. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Tulane University and a degree from The George Washington University.
