Bea Gascoigne has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bea started their career as a PA to the Estate Manager at Bolesworth Estate Company Ltd in 2016, where they provided administrative support and managed the estate manager's diary. Bea then worked as an Events Assistant at The Equerry Bolesworth International Horse Show in 2017, where they managed office phone enquiries, organized trade stand bookings, and assisted with press release team duties.
In the same year, Bea also held the role of Events Manager at Monkhouse Granary, where they handled the scheduling and booking system, managed the seasonal newsletter, and planned a team away day for a large number of guests. Bea continued their journey in event management as an Account Executive at CSM Live from 2019 to 2020, working on a major supermarket account and assisting in the successful delivery of over 40 events.
Bea's experience in customer success management includes roles at SoPost, where they served as a Customer Success Manager and later as an Account Coordinator from 2020 to 2022. During their tenure, they maintained customer relationships and coordinated client accounts. Currently, Bea is working at Easol as an Account Manager, a position they started in January 2023.
In addition to their event and account management roles, Bea also has experience in office management and PA duties. Bea served as a Team Executive & PA to Company Owner at Monkhouse Food and Drink, where they were the initial point of contact, managed office operations, and provided administrative support. Bea also worked as a PR Intern at the same company, gaining experience in public relations.

Bea Gascoigne's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Moreton Hall School. Bea completed their secondary education there and graduated in 2015. In 2016, they enrolled in the Oxford Media & Business School and obtained an Executive PA Diploma. Continuing their educational journey, in 2018, Bea attended The Event Academy and completed an Intensive Event Management Diploma. Most recently, in 2020, they studied at the New Skills Academy, where they earned a Digital Marketing Diploma with a field of study in Marketing.
