Naël El Berkani has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2014, they started their career as a Junior Associate at Allen & Overy and later became an Associate. In 2019, they took on a secondment as In-House Counsel (M&A) at Ageas. Following this role, Naël worked as General Counsel at eFounders, a company specializing in startup studio. Naël then joined Osborne Clarke as an Attorney At Law in 2020, before moving to Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick in 2021, where they served as an Attorney At Law.

Most recently, Naël co-founded Easop in 2022. With their extensive experience in the legal industry and involvement in innovative projects, they bring valuable insights and expertise to their new role as a Co-Founder.

Naël El Berkani has a diverse educational background in the field of Law. In 2002, Naël completed high school at Athénée Royal Jean Absil, where they focused on studying Mathematics, Sciences, and Latin. Following this, Naël pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law at Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles from 2008 to 2011. Naël then attended Université catholique de Louvain from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Master's degree in Law. Naël further expanded their legal knowledge at Ghent University from 2012 to 2013, specializing in Financial and Company Law, although the specific degree obtained is not mentioned. Finally, Naël attended the prestigious University of Cambridge in 2013 and 2014, earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a focus on Law.
