Tracy Shigoli is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources & Administration Manager at East African Packaging Industries Limited since September 2022, Tracy previously held positions such as People Business Partner at Kyosk Digital Services Limited and Human Resources Business Partner-Commercial at Pwani Oil Group. Tracy's expertise includes partnering with line managers to enhance recruitment and capacity building in commercial teams, leading HR processes, and implementing innovative HR policies at regional sales offices for Ingredion Holding LLC-Kenya and Ingredion South Africa.
