Matt M.

Matt M. currently serves as a Research Analyst at the UCSF Center for Vulnerable Populations at ZSFG, contributing to a project funded by NIH/NIA. Since December 2019, Matt has also held multiple roles at the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC), including Development and Volunteer Coordinator, where responsibilities involved managing volunteers, writing grants, and implementing projects. Prior experience at EBALDC includes a role as a Community Organizer and as a Site Coordinator for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. Additionally, Matt has been a Project Coordinator for the Amplifying Sanctuary Voices project at East Bay Sanctuary Covenant, focusing on advocacy for refugees and asylees. Earlier experience includes a fellowship at Harvey Mudd College as a Project Assistant, where a thesis was developed on mathematical modeling related to immunology. Matt holds a B.A. in Public Health and French Language from the University of California, Berkeley.
