Trevor Cherr

Trevor Cherr has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Trevor is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at East Bay Community Energy since April 2022. Before that, they worked at Soligent as the Head of People and Organizational Development from June 2020 to April 2022, and as the Human Resources Director from May 2019 to June 2020. Prior to Soligent, Trevor worked at Vista Outdoor Inc. as an HR Systems Manager & Conservation Ambassador from August 2017 to May 2019. Trevor also held various roles at CamelBak, including HR Manager & Conservation Ambassador from January 2014 to August 2017, and HR Consultant from May 2013 to December 2013. Trevor began their career at Family Health Centers of San Diego, where they worked as a Data Quality Assistant from October 2010 to November 2013.

Trevor Cherr has a strong educational background in psychology and sustainable practices. Trevor pursued their undergraduate studies at San Diego State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they furthered their studies by completing a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at San Francisco State University from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their academic degrees, Trevor has also obtained certifications in specific fields. Trevor has a Certificate in Sustainable Practices from Dominican University of California, which they completed in 2014.
