Ryan Spaulding

Ryan Spaulding has a diverse work experience in engineering and program management roles. Ryan currently serves as the 8th Grade Head Football Coach in East China School District since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Engineer at Montaplast of North America starting from 2021. From 2021 to 2021, they served as a Product Development Engineer at Affinity Tool Works, LLC. Before that, they worked as a Technical Product Manager at Eissmann Group Automotive from 2019 to 2021. Ryan also gained experience as a Senior Project Engineer/Continuous Improvement Manager at Auria from 2018 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at Autocraft, Inc. from 2017 to 2018, where they were responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and customer relationships. Ryan also served as an Asia Liaison Engineer/Product Development Engineer at SRG Global from 2015 to 2017, where they led a team and handled all interactions with customers in the Asia Pacific region. Ryan began their career as a Design Engineer at II Stanley Co., Inc./Stanley Electric U.S. Co., Inc. from 2010 to 2013. Ryan also briefly worked as a Team Leader at International Automotive Components in 2010.

Ryan Spaulding attended Dakota High School from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their High School Diploma. Ryan then enrolled at Western Michigan University from 2005 to 2006, studying Mechanical Engineering. Ryan continued their education at Saint Clair County Community College from 2007 to 2008, focusing on Mechanical Engineering. Lastly, from 2008 to 2009, they attended Macomb Community College and furthered their studies in Mechanical Engineering.
