Chris Raines

Chris Raines, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and education. As the founder of Madam's Creek Consulting since July 2018, Chris has also contributed to the East Grand School District as a Board of Education Member and serves as a Course Instructor at Air University. Prior military experience includes roles in the United States Air Force from July 2001 to July 2018, where Chris held positions such as Division Chief, Commander of the Communications Operations Squadron West, and Branch Chief for Space Control Requirements. Additionally, Chris was a Fellow in the Service Chiefs Program at DARPA and served as Operations Officer at the 25th Space Range Squadron. Academic credentials include a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a master's degree from the United States Naval War College, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
