Gemma Hallam is a Planning Advisor in Sustainable Places at the Environment Agency. Previously, Gemma has worked as the Coordinator for the Hertfordshire Sustainability Forum at East Herts District Council and as a Senior Planning Officer at the London Wildlife Trust. With experience in biodiversity offsetting and climate adaptation, Gemma has a strong background in sustainability projects and holds a degree in Physical Geography from Manchester Metropolitan University.
