Nicholas Barrington CEC ACE is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in executive roles within prestigious culinary organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at East Lake Golf Club since May 2014, responsibilities include staff management, food cost control, menu creation, and event execution. Nicholas holds leadership positions as President/CEO of the U.S. Culinary Open and Chairman of the Board for the ACF Atlanta Chef Association INC. Additionally, Nicholas has a longstanding association with the American Culinary Federation. Prior experience includes roles at Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club & Lodge as Executive Sous Chef and as Executive Chef/Owner of Barrington Catering. Nicholas is an alumnus of Southeastern Culinary Academy with a Bachelor in Culinary Arts and Sciences and has pursued continual education at The Culinary Institute of America.
