Karen Sparrow

Karen Sparrow has extensive experience in customer service design and consultancy, currently working with East West Railway Company and Red Sparrow consultancy since May 2022. Notable previous roles include partnerships activation manager and onboarding experience manager at Virgin Galactic from June 2018 to May 2022, and director of operations for Virgin Atlantic at DFASS Group from January 2014 to July 2018. Karen's background also includes managing uniforms for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and cultivating the uniform profile for Virgin Atlantic Airways. Early career experience encompasses business development in corporate clothing and various cabin crew roles, beginning with Monarch Airlines and Virgin Atlantic. Karen holds a diploma in management from the Chartered Management Institute.
