Victoria K.

Victoria K. has worked in the Human Resources field for over 30 years. Victoria began their career in 1989 as a Senior Employment Assistant at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. In 1993, they moved to New York Community Bank (NYCB) as Vice President, Director of Compensation & Stock Plans. In 2007, they returned to Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC as an HR Manager. In 2014, they joined Bridgehampton National Bank as Assistant Vice President - Employment Manager. Finally, in 2018, they returned to Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC as Chief Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Director, and then as Senior HR Manager.

Victoria K. holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as an Associates degree in Psychology from Suffolk County Community College. Victoria also holds certifications as a Reiki Practitioner, Seeking Safety Therapy from the Outreach Training Institute, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR™) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Notary Public from New York State.
