Jeroen Drenth

Jeroen Drenth is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, specializing in sales, account management, and P&L responsibility. Currently serving as the COO at Eastmen since April 2024, Jeroen oversees multiple facets of the organization including HR, finance, and IT. Previous positions include Managing Director at TNG Staffing, where P&L management was a key responsibility, and EMEA Director at Hays, engaging with major accounts such as Heineken and Deutsche Bank. Jeroen's expertise is supported by a Master’s degree in Business Science from Radboud University and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and workforce management.
