Sarah Montoya

Sarah Montoya has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Graduate Intern-Financial Analyst at Sandia National Laboratories where they were responsible for financial management of multimillion-dollar projects. Sarah also worked as a Coordinator for upper management informational sessions, procurement liaison for the department, and organization training lead for new hires.

In 2014, Sarah joined Eastridge Workforce Solutions as a Project Manager, and later became the Director of Operations in January 2020.

Prior to that, they worked as a BCBG MaxAzria Stylist at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP, demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication skills to achieve company objectives and build client relationships. Sarah also developed monthly merchandising floor sets.

In 2011, Sarah had a brief role as a Target Executive Team Leader Intern at Target.

Sarah Montoya has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from UNM Anderson School of Management, which they earned from 2008 to 2012. Sarah then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from UNM Anderson School of Management, which they completed from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Certification from the University of San Diego in 2015-2016.
