Annika Jiang

Annika Jiang has diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Annika is currently the Human Resources Director at Eastspring Investments, a position they started in November 2022.

Before joining Eastspring Investments, Annika worked at ING for several years. From 2017 to 2022, they served as an HR Business Partner, supporting the organization's human resources needs. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2017, they held the role of HR Manager for the ING International Talent Programme, where they managed and coached a group of 50+ trainees in the areas of finance and risk management.

In 2014, Annika worked at ING Italia as an HR Business Partner. During their time there, they led an organizational cultural change project, implemented mentor programs, and improved HR processes related to performance management and training and development. Annika also designed and launched a Leadership Programme for 110 Italian managers.

From 2012 to 2014, Annika participated in the HR Mid Career Talent Development Programme at ING, where they co-designed and managed a development program for selected mid-career high potentials.

Annika's career started in 2007 at ING, where they held various roles including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Asia Pacific Regional Talent Consultant. In these roles, they set up a global selection framework, recruited trainees, and organized regional learning events.

Prior to their time at ING, Annika worked briefly at IBM-Cognos in 2007 as an HR Officer. Annika also worked as a Head Hunter at Antal International from 2006 to 2007.

Annika's earliest work experience includes a role as an Executive Assistant at Renessen LLC in 2002 and as a Business Manager of General Manager at iUniverse from 1999 to 2002.

Annika Jiang completed their MSc in Human Resource Development at the University of Twente from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, their education history is not specified, but they are associated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Annika Jiang obtained a Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessments in April 2023.
