Michael Gills has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Michael started their career as a Private Wealth Management Intern at Carnick & Kubik in 2010 and continued there until 2013. In 2013, they interned as an Investment Consulting Summer Analyst at Mercer. Later, they joined Mercer as a Sr. Investment Consulting Analyst from 2014 to 2017. During this period, they also served as an Associate in Investment Consulting for a brief period in 2017. Michael then moved to Neuberger Berman as a Client Portfolio Analytics Associate, Non-Investment Grade Credit, from 2017 to 2019. After that, they worked at BMO Global Asset Management U.S. as a Senior Product Manager - Institutional Investments from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Institutional Business Development at Eastspring Investments, starting in September 2021. In addition, they co-founded and served as the Treasurer of the Notre Dame Men's Club Soccer from 2011 to 2014.
From 2010 to 2014, Michael Gills attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus in Finance, General. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Notre Dame.
