Louise Castillo

Louise Castillo has a diverse work experience in data science and analytics. Louise has been working as an Associate Vice President for Business Intelligence and Analytics Innovation at East West Banking Corporation since July 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at TaskUs from 2019 to 2022, including Senior Data Science Manager (Southeast Asia and India), Data Scientist, and Data Nerd. From 2017 to 2019, Louise worked as a Data Analyst at Marsh Philippines, Inc. Louise also had a role as a Data Scientist at FTW Foundation from 2018 to 2019. Their career started as a University Research Associate I at the University of the Philippines at Los Baños from 2016 to 2017.

Louise Castillo completed their education at the University of the Philippines. Louise obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from 2011 to 2015. Later, from 2018 to 2022, they pursued and completed a Master of Science degree in Statistics from the same university. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Dataiku Core Designer from Dataiku in 2024, AWS Innovate AI/ML Edition from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022, Introduction to Machine Learning in Production from Coursera in 2022, Operations Manager Academy from TaskUs in 2019, and Data Storytelling for Business from DataSeer in 2018.
