Mark Frogoso

Mark Frogoso is an experienced information security professional currently serving as the FVP & Chief Information Security Officer at East West Banking Corporation since June 2023. Previously, Mark held the position of Group Chief Information Security Officer at GCash (Mynt - Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.) from May 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing Cyber & Information Security and Data Privacy across Mynt and its subsidiaries. Prior to that, Mark worked at Citi from July 2012 to May 2020 as Vice President of Global Information Security, providing oversight for infrastructure and technology in the Asia Pacific region. Mark's career also includes roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Philippine Savings Bank, and Trend Micro, showcasing extensive experience in IT risk management, infrastructure security, and data protection. Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines between 2001 and 2006.
