Eren Erdem has a wealth of work experience. Eren began their career in 2012 as a Sales Executive at Philip Morris International, where they were responsible for setting and implementing monthly sales priorities for an assigned territory and preparing and realizing execution plans. In 2015, they CoFounded and became Business Development Manager at SuKolay, where they managed the mobile app for 2.5 years and designed and managed a multidisciplinary team. In 2018, they joined NMQ Digital as Digital Delivery Manager, where they managed 5 accounts and tracked all their targets and achieved them. Eren also managed a 12-person team from different disciplines and countries. Additionally, they were Digital Operations Supervisor - Philips (CRM), providing high-quality service for Philips CRM department globally and managing 19 team members in Philips global CRM operations. Currently, they are Director of Operations at EASYCEP.

Eren Erdem obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Yildiz Technical University between 2012 and 2014, majoring in İşletme ve Yönetim, Genel. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Yildiz Technical University between 2007 and 2012, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Eren also graduated from Nilufer Milli Piyango Anadolu Lisesi in 2007 with a score of 4.91/5.00. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Müzakere Performansını Arttırma from TMI.
