Juan Miranda Avila

Juan Miranda Avila has worked in various industries since 2013. Juan began their career at Jabil as a Trainee and Operations Engineer Jr., where they studied times and movements, process improvements, layout design, line balancing, ergonomics studies, pilot runs of new products, and the establishment of KPI's. Their greatest achievement was the reduction of times and movements based on the creation of a new Layout, which saved $36,000 USD annually. In 2014, Juan moved to Grupo ampm / Soluciones Logísticas as a Nationwide Project Manager. Here, they developed personnel management skills, project implementation focused on tangible results, decision making, and experience in logistics operation. In 2016, Juan worked at Western Herbal and Nutrition as Commercial Manager & business development. Juan developed great traditional and digital marketing skills, understanding of technological development, vision, and business development leading the corresponding areas. Juan also established next day delivery service and reduced incidents by 60%. Lastly, Juan currently works at EasyLex as CMO - Chief Marketing Officer. Juan is responsible for the areas of Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and works closely with the Product team. Juan is revolutionizing obsolete and painful processes such as the constitution of mercantile companies, trademark registrations, smart contracts, electronic signatures, and the launch of the first CLM (Contract Lifetime Management) in Mexico.

Juan Miranda Avila obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Marista de Guadalajara in 2014. In 2016-2017 they obtained a CPIM certification from APICS in Certified in Production and Inventory Management. Juan is currently enrolled in a Diplomatura in Discovering, Developing, Managing and Marketing Products as a Business from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and is also pursuing a Diplomado in Marketing Digital from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
