Lih Yen Chang

Lih Yen Chang is the current CFO at EasyParcel. Lih has previous experience working as an Associate at Investment with Ekuiti Nasional Berhad (Ekuinas) and as an Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance - Equity Markets with Hong Leong Investment Bank.

Chang has experience in managing divestment processes, formulating turnaround strategies, analysing investment opportunities, producing financial models and generating insights from industry/business research. Lih has also executed a number of corporate exercises, including fund raising, merger and acquisition and share issuance schemes for listed companies.

Some of the notable transactions that Chang has been involved in include the RM2.58 billion IPO of Eco World International Berhad - the 2nd largest IPO in Malaysia in 2017.

Lih Yen Chang is a member of the ACCA, BSc (Hons) in Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and SPM (O Levels) from SMK Hwa Lian. Lih is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute and a Certified FRM from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
