Klara P. has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Klara began their career as a Banking Summer Trainee at UniCredit in 2006. Klara then joined AIESEC, where they held various roles including Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Manager, and Country Operations and HR Manager. During their time at AIESEC, Klara was responsible for managing the Swedish branch, implementing people strategies, and leading HR projects. In 2017, Klara joined EasyPark Group as a People and Culture Manager, playing a crucial role in supporting the company's rapid growth and expansion. Klara later became the Head of Talent and Learning&Development, where they focused on talent management and learning and development initiatives. Klara's experience includes coaching leaders, supporting recruitment processes, and implementing employee engagement plans. Klara has also been involved in employer branding activities and delivering training sessions. Overall, Klara has a proven track record of successfully driving people and culture initiatives and enabling organizational growth.

Klara P. has a solid background in economics and management. Klara obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, which they completed from 2009 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics at the same institution from 2012 to 2014. During this period, they also attended Universidade de Aveiro for a year in 2013 and 2014, where they studied Economics, Management, and Industrial Engineering.
