Melanie McAllister

Melanie McAllister (nee Vongswang) has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in Human Resources and People Operations. Melanie is currently the Chief People Officer at EasyPark Group since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People Officer at Megaport from 2020 to 2023, where they played a vital role in revolutionizing connectivity globally.

Melanie also served as the Chief HR Officer at Arvato, Bertelsmann from 2015 to 2019, where they oversaw CRM Solutions in 24 countries with revenues of 1.3 Billion Euros. Before that, they were the Group HR Director at the same company from 2011 to 2015.

During their time at Oracle Corporation from 2008 to 2011, Melanie held the position of M&A Senior HR Manager for EMEA. Melanie successfully managed and integrated 12 acquisitions across multiple countries, providing strategic and tactical HR integration management.

Prior to joining Oracle, Melanie held leadership positions at MYOB Pty (2005-2008) and MYOB Technology PTY Ltd (2004-2005), where they were responsible for People and Culture and Human Resources, respectively.

Further back in their career, Melanie worked as the General Manager - HR at Solution6 from 1999 to 2004 and as the Group HR Manager at The Words Group Ltd from 1997 to 1999. Melanie started their career at Virgin Atlantic, where they served as a Recruiter and Cabin Crew from 1989 to 1997.

Overall, Melanie McAllister has a diverse background in HR leadership and has demonstrated expertise in managing people operations, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, and driving organizational growth and development.

Melanie McAllister (nee Vongswang) has a comprehensive education history in various fields. In 2016, they attended Harvard Business School for the "Mastering New Challenges" program. Prior to that, in 2012, they completed a specialized program in Blue Ocean Strategy at the INSEAD Business School. Earlier in their education, from 2000 to 2002, Melanie pursued a Diploma in Chartererd Insitute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) at Thames Valley University. As for their highest academic achievement, Melanie has a Master's degree in Strategic HR, obtained at Liverpool JM University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Melanie McAllister holds a certification in Mediation Skills Accreditation, obtained in October 2012 from CEDR.
