About the role: The Commercial Account Executive (AE) plays a crucial role in generating revenue, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs. The AE acts as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you will do: o Identify and prospect potential clients, both new accounts and existing clients. o Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and opportunities. o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. o Present and demonstrate company products or services to clients effectively. o Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client. o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges. o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information. o Work with the sales team and sales leadership to forecast revenue, set targets, and develop sales strategies.

About you: o Bachelor’s Degree o 3+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 1+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience. o Demonstrated Success engaging and closing net new customers. o Experience selling technical solutions. o Specific experience selling API driven solutions a plus. o Ability to connect with C Level executives in the e-commerce space. o Successful track record of meeting and surpassing quotas. o Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
