Shani Lom has been working in the customer service and content management fields since 2013. Shani began their career at Radio Kol Hanegev as a Shift Manager at Sapir College in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Content Editor at Channel 2 News and as a Researcher on The Morning Show with Orly and Guy at Channel 10 News Israel. In 2015, they were a Content Manager at Minute., responsible for implementing content strategy and searching for viral content. In 2016, they were a Customer Relations Manager at Tevanature.
