Giacomo Bottacin

Giacomo Bottacin is an experienced sous chef currently working at Eataly since December 2022. Previously, Giacomo held the position of cook at Entrada Restaurants & Catering from December 2019 to August 2022, contributing to a well-known chain in the Netherlands renowned for pizza and traditional Italian cuisine. Giacomo's culinary journey began with an assistant cook role at Rapa Rossa, where responsibilities included preparing appetizers with fresh, garden-sourced ingredients.
